The Brazilian beauty, 37, revealed the happy news on Instagram on Tuesday with a sweet video of her and Trapp, 32, sharing a kiss with a diamond ring emoji.
The couple have been dating since 2015 and welcomed their son, Karl-Heinz, in March.
Goulart, who has walked the runway for Victoria's Secret since 2005, also shared a photo of her and Trapp on her Instagram Story, writing, "I said yes!"
Trapp, who plays for Eintracht Frankfurt, also shared the news on his Instagram Story, writing, "I asked her to marry me and she said yes!"
